Welcome to King Edward Holiday Flats! This friendly family run business offers fully self contained holiday flats perfect for long or short breaks in Blackpool.

We are located in the quiet and picturesque North Shore area, next to the Promenade and Gyn Gardens. The seafront is just at the end of the street where you will also find a host of entertainment including the illuminations and  North Pier as well as local amenities.  We are also just a  tram ride away from the town centre, the tower and Pleasure Beach with  Bispham, Cleveleys and Fleetwood to the North.

All of our holiday flats are equipped to cater for between 2 and 6 people. They are all ensuite, centrally heated, include a full kitchennette with fridge freezer, hob, toasters and a microwave and have digital televisions. Fresh towels are also available on request.  Car parking facilities are available and every flat comes with its own key so that you can come and go as you please.

We are open all year round and offer special rates for long stay guests.
